Every tool, report and system Bullet runs on, in one place.
Field-ops files, pulled straight from the project boards.
One-time setup. Paste your project's URL and anon key so this form can store data and photos in your own Supabase backend.
1. Create a free project at supabase.com.
2. In the dashboard open SQL Editor → New query, paste the script below, and click Run. This creates the table, the photo storage bucket, and the access rules.
3. Open Connect (top bar) or Project Settings → API Keys, copy the Project URL and the Publishable key (older projects: the anon key) into the boxes above, then tap Save & Connect.
Tip: anyone you give the page link + project code to can view and edit that project — that's what makes the operator handoff work. Keep the link internal to your team.
Create a project, fill it out on site, hand the link to the next operator, then export a clean branded PDF.
Optional — every project already appears in the list below. Use this only to jump straight to one by code.
Charging Construction Daily Log. Each day lists the projects logged that day — a filled dot is finalized, an outline dot is still a draft. Tap a day to open or review its logs.
monday blocks its login page on phone browsers outright, so a crew member cannot sign in from the field. They sign in once on a computer, scan the code it shows, and that phone is linked to their monday account for good.
monday remembers whoever signed in last. Run this twice in the same window and the second person never sees a login screen — you get the first person's code again, with nothing on screen saying so.
Hand that to the wrong person and every log they file posts to the board under someone else's name. Nothing errors; the attribution is just quietly wrong, which is the one thing this whole system exists to prevent. Reading the name in step 4 is what catches it.
It carries that person's signed session. Anyone who scans it files logs as them, so treat it like a key — send it directly to them, never to a group chat.
They can scan it on as many of their own devices as they like. It lasts 30 days of not being used; filing a log keeps it alive, so in practice a working crew member never signs in twice. Someone back from a long stretch off just does this again.
Tap a day to see who reported, who should have, and what landed on Tesla One. Export the day's digest for a clean PDF of everything completed, with a projected finish date per site.
